One day i was driving down the road i saw what i thought was a little black bunny coming up ahead. When i got closer i was that it was an adorable, hot, poor little puppy. A little ways ahead i saw a "pit bulls for sale" sign. I went up to tell them i would take this puppy, but when i went inside the owner didn't care about the puppy in road. She didn't even care to put away her straws and pills either, making me want to give this wonderful baby a good home. I agreed to pay the $25 for the puppy, hoping it would go towards food and not more drugs. I tried desperately to find homes for the poor animals and found two of his brothers homes , but they look nothing like my Rue!
People can be terrible. My old room mate has two incredible Pit Bulls that are the two most loving dogs I have ever lived with. truly amazing and nothing at all like their unwarranted reputation in the mainstream media. I just moved out of the house this week and I miss the terribly already. I guess I will have to go visit them soon.

ReplyDeleteThis was so sad but such a happy ending I myself is a animal lover and I drive my family crazy with the amounts of stray I bring home lol woo hoo! to you for saving rue!
ReplyDeleteWOW - he turned out to be a beautiful dog!! Even in his puppy picture I could see his sweet personality in his eyes!! You are a dear person for taking these dogs in, but I can tell you think that you are the lucky one - which makes you a wonderful owner!!
